Fresh from releases on Pure Substance and Reticent Recordings in 2009,as well as remixes for Big in Ibiza and Mena Music, N/Ireland producer Stephen Laverty lands on Mena Music with his first release of 2010. Grand Plan is a melodic grooving slice of original House music with rolling Bassline, old school chicago stabbed synth chords and a sumptous Moby-esque piano line. The original is supported by not 1, but 2 remixes from another up and coming producer from N/Ireland Ronan Scullion. The first mix is under Ronans Pseudonym guise and is an epic blissed out slice of 21st century disco with with a cool appregiated bassline, 80s style synths plus subbtle elements of piano and chords from the original. The second remix under his RONAN guise takes things down a deeper, hypnotic, driving, techy route, this mix is a serious peak time builder suited to those heads down,lights out 3 AM moments. Enjoy!!
