The official music video for Fonzerelli “Moonlight Party” has hit a staggering 612,000 views on YouTube on 1 uploaded video alone, but this song had a weird start to life! Having crafted the track in his studios in Northern Ireland Aaron McClelland released it on his own Mena Music label, uploading it to only one digital download store, DJ Download for sale. Here the track naturally grew and grew catching the attention of the World’s number one DJ, Tiesto among others and ended up smashing to the top of their charts for weeks on end. At the end of the year Fonzerelli “Moonlight Party” was awarded the impressive title of #1 Download of the Year on DJ Download and subsequently Mena Music was named # 1 Label of the Year on DJ Download!

The noise around this release was enormous and Underground Music Movement aka UMM UK (Big In Ibiza us the team behind the resurgent UMM label) snapped it up as the follow up to Aaron’s previous work with the label which was released under his Yer Man guise. From here the track exploded hitting # 1 in the UK Club Chart,
# 2 in the DMC Buzz Chart, # 6 in the Cool Cuts Chart and # 7 in the Music Week Mainstream Chart with support from all the biggest DJs in the world and was even featured on Pete Tong’s FastTrax

Signed to Be Yourself in Holland and Vicious in Australia “Moonlight Party” became a big hit internationally reaching #14 in Finland, # 28 in the Netherlands and hit # 44 in Australia. This lead to a full Australian tour and at one gig Fonzerelli played to 5,000 people in Melbourne and then Fonzerelli’s biggest big being personally requested to play alongside Tiesto at this Ibiza residency at Privilege where Aaron span to 10,000 people.
